Nativity Scenes Exhibition and Santa’s Village

The Nativity Scenes at the Rivoli Boutique Hotel in Florence

Christmas is always magical at the Rivoli Boutique Hotel: its doors open for the 14th edition of the Nativity Scene Exhibition, an initiative that every year, from the first week of December and for four weeks, invites not only tourists but especially the people of Florence to discover and experience the hotel, an integral part of the city’s heritage.
Also this year, popular tradition and contemporary themes intertwine in the many Nativity scenes on display, guiding us on a magical journey through original and refined creations, designed to amaze and engage the viewer.

Claudio Ladurini, born in Fiumalbo (Modena), still today realizes his creations in his workshop in the village square. Large and small mechanical “Nativity” reproductions recall Christmas celebrations in small villages of the Tosco Emiliano Apennine.

During the Exhibition, Rivoli Boutique Hotel joins in the event “Nativity Scene in a Window” supported by the San Giovanni’s Vicariate, involving florentine’s workshops and commercial activities.

As in the past editions, the Rivoli Boutique Hotel will support again the “Tommasino Bacciotti Foundation” and the personal donation of the Hotel will be increased with the donations of the many visitors.

This Foundation is a Charity Association that offers its assistance and house accommodation to no resident family members of children suffering from serious diseases, while being treated by the Pediatric Florentine Hospital “Meyer”. It is a beautiful way to share with those less fortunate the passion for hospitality that becomes a mission and extends itself outside the Hotel walls.
