Hotel reception staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean, AC was good, showers and restrooms were good. Bed was comfortable. 11 of us arrived after travelling from the states. There were adults and children 10 to 15. The first night we decided to eat at the hotel as we were tired, hungry and did not want to travel far. The hotel restaurant was excellent. They made accommodations for all of us and made several recommendations regarding the foods. Everyone got something different and we shared family style. Everything was perfect. Each meal was prepared to perfection. The food came out all at once (for a large party very impressive) all hot and delicious. The suggestions from the staff was enough fill everyone and also leave room for some delicious desserts. The head waiter (I think Francesco?) was remarkable. He was like a conductor in an orchestra. It was one of the best experiences we had during our stay.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido formidable. Además de las instalaciones, el trato del personal ha sido excelente. El del desayuno, atentísimo; el de recepción, lo mismo. Todo ello a un paso de los edificios históricos y de la estación. Muy recomendable!

My friend and I have just left the hotel after a 3 night stay. The hotel was perfect! A very old building oozing charm and character. It has a beautiful courtyard and small pool/jacuzzi at the back. Our twin room was clean and spacious, with a fridge and safe. Complimentary robes and slippers are provided. We had a lovely big bathroom with twin sinks and a disco shower! Our room had lovely balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard. The buffet breakfast was delicious and pretty much catered for everything you could want. The staff were amazing! They catered for our every need, and nothing was too much trouble. The barman especially, made our stay extra special. The hotel is perfectly situated, being only a 5 minute walk from the train/tram station, and is literally a 10 minute walk from the Duomo and centre of the city. If I had one request, it would be to provide a full-length mirror in the room and some hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes on. Otherwise, it's a beautiful hotel and we had a perfect stay. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at a delightful boutique hotel in Florence, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was superb — the atmosphere, the comfort, and the service all exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal for us, especially since we arrived by train. It was just a short walk from the station and within easy reach of Florence’s main attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. One of the true highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the Italian breakfast hostess. Her warmth, attentiveness, and cheerful demeanor made every morning a joy. She truly went above and beyond to ensure our day started in the best possible way — a real gem and a credit to the hotel. The room was cozy and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The only minor issue was some noise from people talking outside the room, which could be heard inside. However, this did not significantly detract from our overall enjoyment. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to couples looking for a romantic and comfortable stay in Florence. Ho recentemente alloggiato in questo incantevole albergo a due passi dalla Stazione S. Maria Novella e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche e non posso che dare un voto positivo alla mia esperienza, dall'accoglienza calorosa all'alta qualità dei servizi offerti alla pulizia impeccabile. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!!

Sehr zentral gelegen, Pool zum erfrischen auch vorhanden. Parken des Fahrzeuges und abrufen zum nächsten Tag hat auch super geklappt. Gab sogar eine Breakfast- Box, da wir vor dem eigentlichen Frühstück abgereist sind.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia in questo Hotel nel centro storico di Firenze, arrivati con l'auto fino all'ingresso dell'hotel e dato la macchina in custodia ad un parking convenzionato con loro (ottimo servizio)abbiamo visitato tutte le maggior attrazioni a piedi (posizione strategica dell'hotel) ottime colazioni,camera molto spaziosa con un bagno e doccia emozionali,abbiamo fruito anche della Wellness riservata solo per noi piccola ma carina e pulita. Personale sempre premuroso e gentile sia in sala che alla reception. Grazie per l’accoglienza

Accoglienza strepitosa! La reception e lo staff veramente gentilissimi e professionali! La camera ampia, pulita e con tutti i confort che si richiede ad un albergo di quel tipo! La sala colazione grande con colazione a buffet continentale! La sala colazioni si “trasforma” nel ristorante Benedicta (presente nella guida Michelin) Possibilità di deposito bagagli senza limite e check-out alle 12! È presente anche una spa e piscina scoperta! Veramente esperienza incredibile soddisfatti al 100%

Ho soggiornato insieme al mio ragazzo nel weekend 11-13 Novembre 2022 devo fare i complimenti sia per l'hotel sia per il personale. Tutti gentili e cortesi. La camera era grandissima e bella e soprattutto ben apparecchiata con i petali sul letto. Posizione comoda per arrivare in centro. Sicuramente ci ritornerò 😍.

We loved our 3-night stay at Hotel Rivoli. After hiking the Cinque Terre our legs and backs were very tight, so we asked for the suite where masseuses were waiting for us to give us a couple’s Swedish massage. Amazing. Conveniently located, this hotel is within walking distance of major attractions. The staff was so sweet, patient and helpful with all our needs. All in all, we had a spectacular stay.

Top notch service from the time we checked in to when we checked out. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Our rooms we're beautiful, breakfast everyday was fresh and delicious. The bartender was especially great as we're the drinks he made. Centrally located and we walked everywhere. Great restaurants right around the corner. You will love this hotel!

My daughter and I spent 4 nights in the Hotel Rivoli und were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is realtively central, making everything do-able by foot. The room was clean and comfortable, although there was considerable street noise on the weekend nights. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very willing to help with extra requests (including going way of the way to book a musuem tour for us). The coutryard is lovely and we enjoyed the jacuzzi on one of our evenings there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definately stay there again myself.

Due giorni passati tra arte e relax...sono volati!!!!! Ci torneremo! Ottima la posizione vicina alla stazione e a due passi dal centro. Ristorante ottimo sia come cibo che come. staff. Personale della reception disponibile e cordiale. Forse se devo trovare una piccola pecca, le stanze che danno sulla via sono poco insonorizzate.

Abbiamo scelto questo albergo per concederci una "coccola" e al tempo stesso essere il più vicino possibile alla stazione Santa Maria Novella e alle molte attrazioni di Firenze: la scelta si è rivelata assolutamente vincente! L'albergo ha un fascino d'altri tempi ed è dotato davvero di tutto, dal bar a molte aree comuni, dalla jacuzzi esterna alla sala SPA. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile. La camera aveva dimensioni giuste, silenziosissima, bagno super attrezzato (indimenticabile la doccia con cromoterapia) e c'era la possibilità di scegliere tra più tipologie di cuscini. Colazione al top, vastissima scelta di cibi e bevande; segnalo inoltre che il caffè servito ha qualità "da bar" e non viene dalle classiche macchinette in servizio presso gli alberghi. Straordinario il fatto che il giorno della partenza ci abbiano concesso di fare colazione dieci minuti prima dell'apertura della sala (6,50 anziché 7,00). L'albergo è inoltre collegato con l'ottimo ristorante Benedicta, dove si può mangiare davvero bene (lo abbiamo scelto per entrambe le cene che abbiamo consumato durante il soggiorno). Proprio a voler essere pignoli, il materasso di lattice era un po' troppo morbido, ma alla fine la qualità del sonno non ne ha risentito (e comunque penso che se lo avessimo fatto presente il problema sarebbe stato risolto).

I went with my girlfriend for a couple of days to visit florence and the tuscany. The room was beautiful and clean as well as the bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us always the best and hinest advice. Thanks to them i had the best meal of my life and one of the best couole of days ive ever had. Perfect locstion near station and with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options.

This hotel/spa was exactly as expected. The room was amazing, with a large balcony overlooking the magnificent Tuscan countryside. We were blessed with amazing weather but the friendliness of the staff and the local residents is what made it so memorable. If you ever consider a stay in one of the most beautiful countrysides on earth, this makes the short list.

We stayed here because of its convenient location to SM Novella train station and discovered it was also convenient to walk around Florence. This is our favorite hotel in our three week Italian vacation. Recommend the breakfast as part of your stay.

Cosa è piaciuto · Lo staff della colazione, lo staff all'entrata, che sono essenzialmente le persone con cui ho parlato durante il soggiorno sono stati grandiosi: educatissimi, gentili, pazienti, mi hanno fatto sentire un re. Cosa non è piaciuto · Il bagno non era proprio eccezionalmente pulito ma overall era molto ben tenuto: c'era polvere sulla bilancia che aveva le batterie scariche. Tutto sommato bene ma gli addetti alla pulizia potrebbe utilizzare degli strumenti migliori per pulire.
